Chris Practice — Participant Terms

These terms explain the basis on which participants may join the Chris Practice Founding Pilot.

Please read them before enrolling.

1. About the Programme

Chris Practice provides structured educational, developmental and reflective experiences designed to help participants:

Examine real situations

Reflect on assumptions

Develop and test hypotheses

Take meaningful action

Learn from evidence

Identify their next Practice

The programme may include digital materials, AI-guided interactions, reflection activities, progress reviews and, where applicable, direct sessions with Chris.

2. Participant Responsibility

You remain responsible for:

  • The information you provide
  • The decisions you make
  • The actions you take
  • Obtaining appropriate professional advice where required
  • Ensuring that you are authorised to share any information you provide

Chris Practice does not take control of your business, employment, finances, legal matters or personal decisions.

3. No Guaranteed Outcome

Chris Practice does not guarantee:

  • Business success
  • Revenue or profitability
  • Investment or funding
  • Employment or promotion
  • Career advancement
  • Specific personal outcomes
  • Any other particular result

The programme supports a structured Practice process. Outcomes depend on many factors outside Chris Practice's control.

4. Professional Advice

The programme does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, mental-health or other regulated professional advice.

You should seek appropriately qualified professional advice where necessary.

5. AI-Guided Support

AI-guided interactions may provide prompts, questions, summaries, framework suggestions and structured reflection.

AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your particular circumstances.

You should review AI-generated content critically and should not rely on it as the sole basis for important decisions.

6. Confidential and Sensitive Information

Do not provide information that:

  • You are not authorised to disclose
  • Is subject to confidentiality obligations
  • Contains unnecessary personal information
  • Contains sensitive business information that does not need to be shared

Where possible, anonymise or generalise information.

7. Programme Contributions

The applicable programme contribution will be displayed before enrolment.

For the Founding Pilot:

Payment does not automatically establish eligibility for a Commitment Reward.

8. Commitment Reward

Eligible participants may receive:

Chris-Guided Practice

S$100

Eligibility is determined according to the published completion criteria.

Chris Practice may request additional information where necessary to assess completion.

The Commitment Reward is not a salary, investment return, profit share or guaranteed financial benefit.

9. Pay It Forward

Eligible participants may choose to receive their Commitment Reward or Pay It Forward.

Paying It Forward is voluntary.

A nomination:

  • Does not guarantee programme enrolment
  • Does not require the nominee to participate
  • Does not guarantee completion
  • Does not create ownership, investment rights or financial returns

Participants should obtain permission before providing a nominee's contact information.

10. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage honestly and respectfully.

Chris Practice may suspend or end participation where there is:

  • Material misrepresentation
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse or harassment
  • Unauthorised use of programme materials
  • Conduct that materially disrupts the programme
  • Serious breach of these terms

11. Intellectual Property

Participants retain ownership of their original ideas and work.

Chris Practice retains ownership of its original:

  • Brand
  • Programme design
  • Frameworks
  • Materials
  • Content
  • Templates
  • Systems
  • Other intellectual property

Participants may use programme materials for their own personal or internal business Practice.

Participants may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute or commercially exploit Chris Practice materials without permission.

12. Feedback and Anonymised Learning

Participants may provide feedback to help improve Chris Practice.

Chris Practice may use anonymised or aggregated information to evaluate and improve the programme, subject to the applicable privacy arrangements.

Identifiable participant stories will not be published without appropriate permission.

13. Changes to the Pilot

As a Founding Pilot, the programme may be refined based on evidence and participant feedback.

Chris Practice will communicate material changes that may affect participants.

14. Suspension or Cancellation

Chris Practice may suspend, reschedule or cancel a programme where reasonably necessary.

Where this occurs, the applicable options will be communicated to affected participants.

15. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chris Practice is not responsible for losses arising from:

  • Participant decisions
  • Participant actions or omissions
  • Reliance on AI-generated information without appropriate review
  • Information provided by third parties
  • Circumstances outside Chris Practice's reasonable control

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
